Show costume price policy applies where you are
hiring the majority of your costumes for your production from
Berenice Stage Costume Hire and assumes you are using our
delivery, fitting and pickup service.
(or you have negotiated with Berenice Stage Costume Hire for the
show costume rate and this has been confirmed in writing with a suitable method of colllection or delivery via a third party and associated costs)
We have a single price for costumes whether principal
or a chorus member. There are some specialist costume e.g. Suits
of Armour which are charged at a higher rate.
Costume price is fixed at the date of booking
not at the date of hire. Thus we will agree a costume prices at
the date of booking and that will be your price for your show.
A non-returnable deposit of 10% is required on confirmation
of booking. (Berenice Stage Costume Hire may waive this
deposit for selected clients).
If you are using our delivery,
fitting and pickup service. The outstanding balance becomes
due on delivery of the costumes.
Payment of outstanding balance is required
in advance when not using our delivery, fitting
and pickup service.
We reserve the right to apply a premium for providing
costumes outside our normal range of sizes

| The
show costume price is £20.00per costume per hire period
(usually 2 weeks) for principal and chorus £28.00 per
costume per hire period for special costumes (e.g. armour). We have reduced
rates for part costumes and miscellaneous items, when taken
as part of a complete show.
We also provide a unique Fitting service
with Delivery and Collection.
Delivery , Fitting
and Collection service
We have divided mainland UK into 5 areas based
on distance from our base. These are areas A,B,C, D and OTHER.
The cost of the Delivery, Fitting and Collection service does
not include ferry/toll charges which will be charged at cost.

Apart from area A the charge fo this serice
is negotiable
Delivery and fitting will take place at a single
dedicated costume call at a mutually agreed venue and time.
Pickup will normally be at close of curtain of the last show
of your production.
